Hasn't been picked up by the local media yet. We're all waiting for more details from the brewer in question. He's free on bail right now, finding a lawyer and waiting to see what he's been formally charged with. Since he was busted in a dry county, he could be looking at felony charges. We're hoping this is an isolated incident of someone having it in for this poor guy and turning him in to the local Sheriff and not the beginning of a new campaign against homebrewers. Seeing as how we're about to elect an anti-alcohol Governor, it's unlikely that we'll have any success changing the law for the next 4 years. That's all from Talibama.
