I'm about to kick my first kegged beer (10.7% Black Belgian) but don't trust my bottling skillz enough to package it to last. Probably going to be commercial goodies from me this year as I have nothing in the bottle at the moment.

The base recipe was the schwartzbier from Big Brew (the guy whose recipe it is is in our club), that was brewed up by a local brewery... the preboil was 15 gravity points over what the recipe called for as a postboil... I did a 90min boil and ended up in the 1.080's.... fermented with Belle Saison out to 10.7%... however, we finished the last of that beer last night.

Less than 8 hours left to sign up! I am subbing on a dart league tomorrow night though, so no one panic if your recipient's info doesn't get to you tomorrow, I'll likely be busy during the day, then darts, then I'll be too not-sober to try to send all that stuff out without fucking it up. If I get a chance tomorrow I will send them, otherwise expect them Wednesday.
