seems that bill passed away early this morning, according to his blog.

very sad. never met the guy, and live half a continent away, but i read his blog religiously.

Although he mostly wrote about the scene in california, i think the whole beer community has lost something. I know i alway looked forward to reading what what was on the cutting edge in the mecca of hops out on the west coast...

it sounds corny and inconsequential, but that 20 minutes at lunch i used to spend reading his blog is going to be empty and sad for ahwile.
