... in the South Haven, Michigan area. Does anyone know of a place? Or brew club for that matter?

Go to this link, then zoom out and find the legend. You can have it toggle showing and hiding the breweries, shops, etc, by clicking on the links in the legend.

It looks like the closest homebrew shop is in Holland, and another in Kalamazoo.

I used to buy from there years ago. They weren't all too great back then. Mostly because the selection was a bit limited & I never found an employee who could help me out. Great variety of beers available, but very old & not well kept. Glad to hear they're doing better now.

If that brew on premise in Saugatuck is still open, I think they used to sell ingredients. Bit closer than Holland. Kalamazoo's still a better bet. As for clubs, there used to be some guys who would hang around Bell's garden, don't remember if they were involved with KLOB or not but they're another option. There's a few up in G.R. I used to work at Schmohz from time to time. Bunch of guys there, but I don't know if they ever got organized or even formed a real club.

As for South Haven proper, all my friends who lived down there hung out in Kalamazoo, Holland or G.R.
