which one should i get?

I have the double and it works fine, but it probably isn't the best one out there. I wish it sat a bit higher too.

They just seem weak and puny next to mine (which is actually designed as a wok burner) :P

Sturdy legs, not bent metal...

Spider, where'd you get the wok burner and how do you keep the kettle on there? It looks like it's got curved supports for the wok in the way.

I bought it at a bargain hardware outlet store, on sale for $60, included a 22" wok, and some cooking tools. The grate on it is reversible, one side has curved supports as you noticed for the wok, the other side is flat for using with a pot. This is the one that I have... saved A LOT by picking it up where I did, though I think this Amazon price is a bit high.

I use the Bayou SQ14. The square model is rock solid. It has a mini-banjo - about 6". It brings a full keg up to a boil within minutes. There's better options, but it does the trick just fine & is affordable.

Mine came with a 30psi regulator though.

I like my Blichmann burner. Get the leg extensions, too.
