No problem....It is basically a tweaked version of Pliney recipe and JZ's HopHammer

7 gallon batch (to provide for wort loss from hops added), 6 SRM, 1.080 OG, 1.012 FG.

12.5 # Briess 2-row
3# Belgian Pils
1.5# cane sugar (corn sugar is fine too, added at about 10 min left in boil)
8 oz. Crystal 40L
8 oz white wheat)

Mash 150 F for 60 min.
fly sparge to collect 8.5 gallons wort for a 90 min. boil
1.5 tsp gypsum added to boil start to enhance hop crispness (YMMV)

HOPS- all pellets, AA% don't really matter, but the beer calculates to about 280-290 IBU's in promash

1 oz Apollo - FWH
2 oz Chinook - 90 min.
2 oz Warrior - 90 min.
1 oz Simcoe- 45 min.
1 oz Columbus - 30 min.
1 oz Chinook - 0 min.
1 oz Nuggett - 0 min.
1 oz Simcoe - 0 min.

Ferment with 2 packs of rehydrated US -05 (or equivalent) and 90 sec. of pure O2. @ 66 F for about 7-10 days till krausen drops a bit raising temps to about 70 F to ensure attenuation
Once fermentation slows a bit (6-10 bubbles/min in airlock) add dryhops to primary fermenter swirling the hops in fermenter every other day for 7 days. Crash cool primary fermenter for 2-3 days at 35 deg F.

Dry Hops
3 oz Columbus
3 oz Simcoe
2 oz Cascade (or Centennial)
1 oz Chinook
1 oz Nuggett

I was drinking this one at about 7 days old in the keg and it was fantastic and pretty clear. It continued to get better even at 3.5 wks until the keg was kicked. Just be prepared to only get about 4 gallons of finished product unless you have a better way of separating hops from wort than I do, which you probably do! ENJOY!!
