I didn't email Wyeast, as the lacto I got was from WL, so that was really what I cared about.
Fermenting: English Mild
Conditioning: Wild Pumpkin
Drinking: Funky Saison

So I kegged this up last night. It finished up with a gravity of 1.004, which is an AA of ~91%!!! After 7 weeks in primary, it still tastes nice and clean, very dry, almost like wine. Not really tart, yet, but I'm assuming this will come. Probably isn't going to be something I want to drink pint after pint of, but might be awesome for blending.
