Guys,
I think my Kolsch is jacked...4 weeks after bottling and it's got a bad taste to it. There is also a black ring of sediment at the bottom of the bottle, underneath the normal yeasty layer. What do y'all think? Thanks
Fermenting: Hefeweizen...1/2 will be blueberry hefe for the swmbo
Bottling:
Drinking: Hefeweizen and Saint Arnold Lawnmower clone

I made a Kolsch that tasted terrible after 10 weeks of cold storage. I couldn't figure out what I did wrong to make it taste that way. Then I bought a Ballast Point Kolsch and realized I just don't like Kolsch.
