Agreed with the above posts. And most of what I know is from my personal experience trying to nail this style down for 2+ years. I have had better results without introducing oxygen throughout all phases of brewing this style as well as minimal hopping rates (ie 5-8 IBU's). Definitely pitching a HUGE lacto starter makes a difference as well as letting the lacto ferment for 2-3 days at 95 deg before pitching ale yeast. Just my 2 cents on this one.
