Sugar whoops

Sat Feb 05, 2011 11:59 am

So I am a total genius and forgot to "carefully" read my recipie. I was supposed to add 2lb of sugar durring the last 15 minutes of boil. Instead I added it at the begining of the 60 min. So what are the dire repercussions of my asshatedness? :asshat:

Thanks

Oh an I have 34 minutes left on the boil

Shouldn't hurt too much, probably get some slightly darker wort due to the boiling of the sugars. I don't think it will cause any major catastrophes.
