Thanks man. I'm going to see about brewing that mesquite smoked porter recipe from Texas. If it
turns out good I'll forward it on to you. I will finally get to use my electric smoker to smoked some
grains.

That recipe sounds like a good basic Ale to me what kind of yeast are you planning to use? :aaron
