Hey Crup... when adding the first 1/2 of the DME, you do it once you've boiled the water, or as it's heating up? Do you turn off the heat whenever adding the DME?

Bring it to a boil, take it off the heat, add the first 1/2 of the DME and stir it in well to dissolve it, then bring it back up to boiling.
