On this episode of The Homebrewed Chef, special co-host Jason “JP” Petros and I will dive into the
world of cheese, goat cheese that is. I recently took a trip up to Arcata, CA and visited the Cypress
Grove Chève cheese company, where they make, among other cheeses, Humboldt Fog. We have a
special interview with the head cheese maker, Coby Wandel discussing the craft of cheese making
and the similarities to brewing beer. Plus our style spotlight will feature Cascade Brewing Apricot Ale,
their version of a Northwestern Sour Ale.
