The Brewcasters will be joined by Patrick Smith of Loftus Ranches, a fourth-generation hop grower in the Yakima Valley. A Washington native, Patrick grew up on the farm, which has grown from a five acre original parcel in 1932 to the 750 acre sprawl that it is today.
