Yuseff Cherney of Ballast Point Brewing Company in San Diego joins The Session in studio this week to talk about moving from 5 gallons as a homebrewer to 1000 gallons and more as a professional. Ballast Point brews some of the finest beer in California and is also beginning to distil fine spirits. Yuseff does it all; from helping to engineer the brewhouse and distillery to barrel aging big beautiful ales. We also recieve a surprise guest who stirs the pot and keeps us on our toes, and Mike White from White Labs rounds out an all star cast of brewing maniacs.
