Most people in the spirits industry are passionate about their work – they have to be, right? Lila, from La Alazana distillery in Argentina, is different. She has the passion, but it’s not about her work per say – it’s about the totality of the craft of distilling. Everything, from the type of grain used to how they are farmed, from smoking her own malts to designing their stills – Lila lives and breathes this stuff. We were very fortunate to chat with her and taste some of the amazing spirit they are putting out.
