Doubt it... maybe 5 if you are lucky ("8o8" configuration). I have a 14.8 CF and I can fit 6 comfortably, and 8 if I put them in a "8o8o8" configuration. I would still have room for two 5# tanks on the compressor shelf, as would you. Maybe you can make a huge collar and put two kegs on that - but then you would have to put your C02 outside (which is where I prefer it anyway).

I have a whirlpool 8.8 from lowes. For some reason, the 8.8 available there is slightly different than whirlpool 8.8's available elsewhere. Anyway, mine will hold five-five gallon kegs on the floor, in an 88o pattern. You may be able to get a 2.5 or 3 gallon keg on the compressor hump, or a 5lb co2 bottle. I can measure it when I get home and reply if you would like.

Is there a reason you want the CO2 tanks inside?

No benefit - other than not having to drill another hole.

thanks fellas, i thought it would be a little small. the one i have now is an older kenmore, 21.? cu ft. it's big. i'm thinking the 14.4 will work. i'm striving to keep 2 beers and a pop on co2 and a nitro beer. since electric has gone up %150 in the last year, i'm thinking i may be able to convince swmbo, that a new chest freezer would be much more energy efficient. plus BG&E is offering a rebate if you buy an energy star appliance. we shall see. thanks again, this place is the best!
