Sorry Shunt, I've been looking at your 102 degrees for a few days now, and I have to call BS. It's been hot as hell the past few days, but I think you miscalculated your conversion into Freedom Degrees.

On June 7th, 2008, Montreal had a high of 87 degrees F. Granted, you also hit a high of 94% humidity, so your heat index was probably close to 102...

Here in NY we hit a high of 94 F with a humidity of 66% on the 7th. And yesterday we hit 97 F with 68% Humidity.

(all statistics taken from weather underground)

I don't really have a point in all this. I just hope your balls didn't melt off...

Yesterday in south Baton Rouge, 98F and 98% humidity. It wasn't nice being out in it in black polyester "caring" for those that thought they were dying.

yesterday in Seattle it got up to 55F (phew, that was pretty toasty!), but today only got up to 52F. Should I be brewing some lagers??
Cheers!

I heard some real nasty storms blew through the Montreal area yesterday. A vendor came into the office and told me about it since he was at a meeting in Montreal teh past few days. Apparently a bunch of tractor trailers on a bridge got blown over. I don't know if they went over the edge, or just flipped on the bridge.

The storms here last night got pretty nasty, with a tornado watch (rare in NY), but it was nothing like some of the flooding and wrackage in other parts of the country.

Shunt! Are you still there? Did you get blown away? (By either the storm, or JP?)

Yeah we had a couple good storms come through too. So what'd I do...I sat on the enclosed porch and had a beer!

Maybe this is why it's been so hot!
