Help again frozen beer!!!!!

So I’v froze beer in the fermenter before but... This time it is the keg that was carbonated and ready to tap this Saturday. What is the best way to get it back … Will the carbonation still be the same. Should I though it slow (40F) or is it ok to thaw faster 70F? Any other experience or advise is welcome!!!

I did this a few weeks ago. I don't think it matters how fast you thaw it, but I would put some new lube on the large o-ring and reseal it. Then flush the headspace with fresh co2. When mine froze, the seal on the large o-ring broke and I lost my entire co2 tank. After I resealed, I also had to recarbonate, the freezing did make the carbonation level decrease quite a bit.
