How can you tell it was his bad?

Look at the general direction of all the glass & liquid, it would point to more force being exerted in that direction, no?

Also, it looks like the majority of the liquid dumped much closer to the girl, so I would think the impact was on her side of the table This would indicate that he was moving his maB at a higher speed, thus meeting hers before it met the halfway mark.

Might depend on the angle of impact. If she angled the bottom of her glass toward him and hit his mug square with the edge of her mug base, it could pop his with not much forward velocity because of the focusing of force.

Look at her mug. It's now square to the table, but beer is flying out in an arc toward him. This would seem to indicate a flinging action where the top part of the mug arcs forward. That would happen if she struck his mug with the point of the bottom of hers and the top of her mug then deflected forward.

If that's the case, she deserves her titty soaking...everyone knows you clink mugs square.

Then again, maybe I'm full of shit. :D

Looks like me at the San Francisco Oktoberfest 2006. A full liter all over me and my buddy. At least they gave me a new glass.

Ah, look closer... The arc of beer is in front of her glass. It is from his glass, after he yanked it back - post-foul. Either it was reflex, or he was trying to get a better wet t-shirt view of the chick.

I think the likely story was that he (and/or she) was shit faced, and smashed the top of his glass into the bottom of her glass.

BTW, this is fucking great. It's like Beer CSI...
