Oh man you guys won't believe this.

So Thursday my water heater catches fire. I didn't go in to work on Friday so I could replace it, which wasn't hard once I actually got the new heater to my house and tore out the old one & sweated some new copper.

Last night my wife finished taking a bath and let the water out of the tub... I was napping on the couch. She got dressed and I got up.... What's this water on the living room carpet???

Oh shit the kitchen floor is covered in water and I can see it moving!

I ran to the utility room thinking I had a broken pipe or something, but no, there was water coming out of the floor drain. Time to make a mad scramble out to the workshop for the shop-vac.

So it had nothing to do with my water heater installation - the main sewer line to the street was clogged.

$300 later, it is free of TREE ROOTS.

WTF. I need a break or something.

Dude. You've got some bad mojo working there... Better not brew for another week or to or you'll end up with a Justin Brew. I hope your luck turns around...
