Janet's is a great beer. You'll love it.
Good luck. It's like riding a bike. My best advice is for you to lay everything out before you start. That way, you have fewer mistakes.
Clean up as you go, too.

I can attest to the riding a bike aspect. I couldn't brew for almost 1.5 years. Had my first brewday in a while two weeks ago. Besides setup taking longer, it went pretty smooth. It was real easy to get back in the groove.

JBA is a great beer and delicious recipe. Made on last fall and it was perfect for the cooler days that lay ahead. Enough malt punch to keep the beer interesting yet backed by decent bitterness and kickin' aroma hops.

The last time I rode a bike I fell off. Not sayin, just sayin.

It went pretty well. One of my chest freezers kicked the bucket about 2 hours before I was going to put the batch into it for fermentation. Had to sacrifice the kegs by putting them in the broken chest freezer and fermenting in the working chest freezer before I could buy a new one. I also forgot the whirl floc and couldn't find my oxygen canister before pitching. However, those were really my only problems. Took a hydrometer sample yesterday and it is already tasting great.
