Done, unions suck! Just say'n, they were put in place to protect people now all they do is create a false ceilings for skill people and drive up labor costs.

Unions were created for good and just reasons - to level the playing field with the robber barons.

Now for the most part they have become the corrupt robber barons themselves. Unless you are a government employee and forced to join the union, there is not much reason to be a union member anymore. Hawaii is one of the last union strongholds and the unions are a big reason why our state owes more per resident than almost any other state in the US.

I had a blow up with the big headed owner of the company I worked for and am out of work now. Thankfully I have been able to save money to weather the bad times.
