Mine is still broken: "There was a problem downloading "Brew Strong: Malt Analysis 11-24-08". An unknown error occurred (-39)".

Any ideas? I'm getting it for all the new shows. Same error number.

Code? J? Anybody? What's going on here. I deleted and re subscribed to Brew Strong as a test (fewest episodes) and nothing. I'm getting it on all the shows.

Works just fine.

Once again, PLEASE do not delete your archive ever, at best you'll probably make it worse. Yours is a case in point. Now you have nothing.

There is nothing in an MP3 that you've already downloaded that could possibly fix a broken XML file (assuming it was broken in the first place).

I don't know what error -39 is, but you're not the first to report it. Check Google and you'll see what I mean.

I'm sorry I can't help more than this.

Well shit. Thanks code. Reading around it seems the consensus is that there should be a *.tmp file in the download dir that is preventing it (supposedly indicating an incomplete or otherwise corrupt download). I've checked and there are no such files, hidden or otherwise. I am at a loss. :?

I misspoke. My archive is not destroyed, all the old episodes are still there. I'm getting the error when trying to download the new episodes for each of the three shows. Actually second newest for Brew Strong, but still, one of each. Damn iTunes POS.
