Helles style lager from ninkasi.
Easily 6-pack worthy beer. I had bottle last night after 3 much stronger beers and was expecting to be underwhelmed due to palette fatigue but the beer still stood out. It was my last beer for the night but it left me wanting another.
Great balance. Earthy malt profile backed withy spicy and bit grassy (pleasant) hop. I need another to really detail the flavor better. Beautiful dark golden color.
Going to be a good spring beer for me.
I think if u are a light lager fan it is worth a try and I am curious to hear how others like it.
