Scaldis Prestige de Nuits

Sun Dec 18, 2011 7:18 am

I had this beer friday night and it took my palate in about 100 different directions. Definitely one of the more complex beers i have drank. I could pick out the belgian yeast characteristics along with some oak, some vanilla, some cherry notes and a slight sour twang along with what i think may have been tobacco. Just wondering what anyone else has picked out of that beer so i can look for some other things next time.
