Enjoying this wonderful brew right now. Very roasty and I can really taste the cocoa. What is the ABV on this Crut...I get a little bit of warming? I think I have a new favorite stout. Ipswich oatmeal was my fav before..but this has unseated it. Good thing, I can't get Ipswich anymore out here in the Mitt.

Hey Crut, I am thinking of getting up there on a saturday sometime. Can you hook a BN brother up with a tour of the non-schuman variety?

i wont be in bellaire this weekend, Our pub brewer ryan will be in and out all day, you might be able to snag a tour from him, tell him you know me and he might give ya a tour, maybe a bribe of some home brew might help too. If you know what time i might try to head over there.

let me know and ill try to make it over there, othersise ill try to let Ryan know, the pub brewery is waymore cool than the produsction facility im at now. Dont get me wrong, i love my job, i brew all day, im pretty much by myself all day, but working on the small system is always fun, that why i love homebrewing still.

So your pretty much there every weekday..does that mean any week day I could drop by if I'm on my way to TC (Usually the only time I really go to Elk Rapids)? I'm sure the smaller system is cooler but to the homebrewer it's cooler to see the big boys. Keep making those great beers Crut!
