Sister Star of the Sun (AG)
13# English pale malt
1/4# Crystal 135 (hard to find...I usually use 120)
1/4# malted wheat
3 oz Chinook (60 min)
2 oz East Kent Goldings (15 min)
2 oz English Fuggles (flameout)
1/4 oz Fuggle (dry hop)
1 tsp. Irish Moss (30 min)
Wyeast 1028 London Ale or Whiote Labs WLP023 Burton Ale
mash at 151 for 60 min
