Hop Grenade IPA Kit - recipe?

Does anyone happen to have the recipe from the Hop Grenade IPA kit that was offered a couple of years back? I really enjoyed it and would like to brew it again.

I had it in my Beersmith but I must have deleted it

I just checked Brewtoad and didn't see it there either. Lots of "hop grenade" recipes, but not the same one. I remember that it used Apollo hops.

I remember Apollo and some pilsner dme, but that's it. Anyone?
