Hey all, Haven't posted since my intro but looks like I may hang around awhile. My usual forum has become a mess and I'm taking a break from it. I looked around a bit and this looked like the right place for this thread. If it's not, feel free to move it.

So, what are you brewing this weekend? I'm heating water for something similar to Kai's Edel Hell right now.
7 gallon batch: 1.050/1.013/31IBU/3SRM

9.5lb FM Bohemian Pils
1lb Best Vienna
.5 Carapils
4 oz acid malt

.75 oz Magnum @60
1.5 oz Spalt Sel @ 15

100% RO water with:
1.5G/1.5 CaSO4 mash/sparge
2/2 CaCl2

Step Infusion 131F/30min, 140F/30min, 158F/30min

Washed Mangrove Jack's M84 Bohemian Lager yeast

Just hit my first rest temp of 131F, pH a little low at 5.2 but should rise with the next infusion.

That's what I'm brewing. So what do you have going on this weekend?

Hit my last 2 rest temps spot on but had to add a metric ass-ton of boiling water to get up to 158F. 1.5tsp of 10% phosphoric acid to the last infusion put me at pH 5.3, 15mins left in the last rest. Smooth sailing so far :jnj
