He's using Galaxy in something, not sure what, but sent me a pound in exchange for beer.

Hi guys , While at Winterfest I spoke with Jamil about this recipe . I had already brewed it 3 times but always fell short . For one the recipe isn't the same as what's out there . So challenging myself I just wanted the grains and hops . No amounts . In an email he shared that info .

Pale ale malt , Munich , cr40 ,cr70, black malt and carafa 3. Hops are Columbus and citra .
Being a homebrewer I gave myself enough direction with enough left over to challenge myself . Good luck !

Here are the percentages I came up with . %83 pale %8 Munich %4 cr40 %4 cr70 % %1 black malt %1 crafa3 . Hops go in at last 20 min . Mash at 154
This is my guess . The numbers add up for both gravity and color according to website .

go on Beersmith and use the JP Killer Evil Twin recipe. That one is exact. Mine was good but didnt have the caramel depth. Also try switching out 1/2 the citra for amarillo. I like it better that way
