Mt Belgian Strong Dark had an OG of 1.107 and finished at 1.025 which gives me a ABV of 12.75%. Could this also be entered as a Quad? If not why? What is the difference between the styles?.... -piz

The Belgians will tell you, "there are no styles". To make a distinction between a "quad" and a "strong dark" is artificial and meaningless to many. The only distinction between "styles" is made by those who generate categorizations and definitions. And if you are looking for BJCP definitions, well as far as I know, there are none defined yet for "quad". It *might* be the same thing as "strong dark"... and it might not. Perhaps the AHA or some other organization has developed style guidelines for quad. But what the definitions are, and how they were defined, if at all, would most likely be like I said -- artificial and without much basis.

So the bottom line is -- call it what you like. Most people don't care......... at least not yet.
