Lupulin Powder

Has anybody worked with lupulin before? I've heard it's hard to get the powder suspended in the beer - does anyone have any advice to optimize the lupulin powder's extraction? I was thinking about creating a slurry of it with a liter of water and blending it with the lupulin powder. I am worried about oxygenation though. Any thoughts?
