Good afternoon fellow homebrewers! We have some cool hops in the warehouse this month, so get your grain bills ready and grab some -
German and Polish Hops
Looking for some unique German varietals for your next European beers? We have several really wonderful German hops in that will give a slightly different feel to your next round of lagers and ales!
-Lublin - our only Polish hop, Lublin has a crazy aroma to it, smacking of light lavender and magnolia
-Polaris - a great bittering choice at 18% AA
-Herkules - get your cohumulone levels up with this spicy hop, coming in at 15.6% AA
-Opal - looking for an EKG or Tettnang substitute? Opal is here for you!
-Taurus - a nice Magnum substitute
-Smaragd - this offspring of Hallertau Gold is a great aroma hop
-Spalter Select - another derivative of the Hallertau family, this time crossed with Spalt, Spalter is a great Noble substitute.
