where can I buy Wye Viking hops plants?

Does anyone know where i might be able to buy some "Wye viking" hops Rhizomes or plants in oregon? I guess it's illegal for venders out of state to ship hops into Oregon. I don't think the verity is supposed to be well suited for oregon, so they are proving to be hard to find.
