Water profile from scratch -- source for components in Oz?

Hi all,

I live in country Australia, on horrific bore water. My wife won't even take a bath in it. The plumber says it's unsuitable for livestock.

So I plan to build my brewing water from scratch, using filtered rainwater or perhaps RO, and I'm looking for the necessary ingredients. Any suggestions from other Aussies on where to look? iBrew and some others have CaSO4, MgSO4 and CaCO3, but I can't a chloride source other than hydrochloric acid from hardware stores like Bunnings.

Thanks,
schrodinger

I feel like if your water is that bad, it may blow through the RO consumables rather fast...

j1m1 -- Thanks! That does it.

Spider -- good point. Best to stick with rainwater, or bottled/spring water if the rainwater has crappy leachings from the roof.

Thanks for your replies,
