Post-boil wet hop brew kettle

Last week I made a wet hopped beer with 43 ounces of first year hops in the kettle (for a 10 gallon batch).

Right now it's just hanging out in the fermenter with 4 ounces of the hops that was used as a "dry" hop.

Here is a picture of the boil kettle with the hops in it after I was done boiling.

Note that I do have a false bottom and you can see part of the siphon assembly in the picture. So yeah, the hops aren't piled up all the way from the bottom, as they are resting up slightly on the false bottom. In any case, it's still a lot of hops.

Anyways, here is the pic (click on it for a larger version):

I would like to see more pix of your brewhouse equipment. That's an interesting assembly in the brewpot.

To be honest, I bought the keggle like that.

Here is the link, although I don't recall paying so much for it. Maybe I did though:

The siphon assembly itself from them is 100 dollars, which I think is kind of ridiculous. I suggest if you want something similar, then get their Universal Kettle ( http://www.kegs.com/unket1.html ) and suit it to your needs.

I don't really have a "brewhouse," as I have to set it up and break it down everytime I brew. Probably within two years I will have a new house built, so I'll try to incorporate some kind of brewing area into that.

I still do extract (although I'm going all-grain on the next batch), so I don't have much other equipment until things reach the fermenting/kegging side. If there's anything in particular you'd like to see though, let me know.
