Hop Experiment

Hey all,

I'm running a single hop pale ale experiment in my club (everyone brewed the same recipe using extract, same yeast, and same hopping rates to 35 IBUS) with about 17 different hops. In an effort to create lasting data, I'm making a checklist of different hop characteristics. At the end I will collect the checklist and graph out the data.

Can you think of any other flavor descriptors that I should add to this list? Or any terms that I should replace with others? Thanks!

Only two things that I can think of:

1) Resin is a common descriptor, but this is probably covered by Pine.
2) I don't know if "Vegetal" or "Grassy" might be appropriate.

Just thoughts.
