Floral Hops Survey

I don't have much direct experience with British and Noble finishing hops. Various hop descriptions and forum postings disagree whether each has a floral note. I realize whole flowers would be better than pellets.

I am interested in your experience, so please don't just repeat some other source.

The voting is for some (non "C" type) hops that are at times described as having a floral note. Just respond with any others you would consider.

(Note: I love the "C" hops and they can have floral notes but the citrus, fruity and piney flavors tend to overpower.)

I love the combination of Cascade and Willamette hops in the flavor and aroma hop additions (20 min. and less in boil). For me, those hops together create a nice base of floral and citrus that is unbeatable.

I'm surprised no one has voted for Saaz. I have always heard it was very floral.

I guess that is overblown or maybe it is just not the style of hops used by members of this forum.
