Specialty Grains Flavor Reference Chart?

BNers,

Does anyone know a site, or chart, or resource that lists our the sensory information for many of the specialty grains that homebrewers use? Something that gives what the flavor descriptors are for the grains when used in typical amounts?

I have a concept for a beer, and while there are some grains that I am pretty familiar with their flavor contributions, there are others that I have no idea about. It would be helpful if I can get a descriptors for them so its easy to find which ones I should target for certain flavors.

Just let me know if anyone knows of such a resource.

Slainte!

There was a large spreadsheet on a major brewing website that listed then. I of course lost the spreadsheet and forgot.the site.
