I want to try the clone recipe of "Racer 5" that is in the Zymurgy that arrived today.

It is calling for "Belgian Caramel Pils Malt" - any help on where I can find this?

I am guessing they are referring to Belgian "Carapils" malt. It is a dextrin malt that adds body to the beer without much flavor/aroma/color contribution.

OK - Carapils without using the trade name. I guess in a similar vein Caramel Vienna would be Caravienna.

North Country Malt has it. Others may also. I think German Carahell or Carafoam would work also.

So do Morebeer!

I like using CaraFoam instead of CaraPils, because it lends a bit of sweetness. I like the flavor over CaraPils.
