Has anybody done some comparisons of WLP300 at different temperatures. I'm looking for a balance of strong banana, with low clove, but otherwise reasonably clean. I've seen suggestions from 68-80. Left to what I know at the moment, I'd try 75. Any suggestions or links ?

thx

I've always run that and related (i.e Weihenstephan 68 ) strains at 60 °F or a little above. It gives me a clean beer but one with plenty of clove and bannana.
