Any Sites/Forums About Homebrew Experimentation?

I'm big into experimenting with beer, especially when it comes to ingredients. From using multiple yeasts in one beer to bittering with marigold or priming with maple syrup, I can't get enough of it. Does anyone know of any good forums or websites dedicated to brew experimentation? Thanks!

If you are into using wild yeasts/bacteria, sour-mashing, and belgian styles, try the Burgundian Babble Belt. Lots of great info over there and some intelligent people to learn from.

When you say 'experiments' I think more of hard science than messing around with ingredients.
If you're looking for science, try Brew Kaiser:

I'm talking about brew science and "I wonder what would happen if..." Actually, they're the same thing; one just asks you to attempt to make an informed decision first.

Thanks for the link.
