I'm looking for opinions on which safale/saflager yeast would work best for a kolsch. My fermenting takes place around 65 Deg. I was thinking about using the saflager but was looking for other opinions.Thanks.

This above the higher recommended temp of 57 Degrees F. I think I have heard that lager yeast produces a fruity flavor when fermented in teh high end of its range. Not sure what it would do out of the range.

Good Luck if you decide to use it. At that temp, I wouldnt try a lager but an ale yeast.

If you can get it, I'd use the White labs WLP 029 as it works well at that warmer temp.
