Spilled my orange and coriander vodka mix...ah shit

I soaked orange zest, lemon zest and coriander in vodka for 2 weeks and it got spilled in the frig. I need it for my Wit for this weekend any ideas to do the same thing but in a day or two?

Oh, you wanted a faster extraction...well you could probably use everclear instead of vodka (use half the volume of liquid, 2x the proof). Also, you can gently heat the alcohol in a controlled double boiler (electric range, not gas). You can probably get a similar extraction in an hour with some loss of the delicate volitile stuff. I heard you can do something like this with the cuz and have something fun to drink in no time.
