That's a rockin piece of woodworking! I'd probably not wrap the whole thing in wood unless you leave an air gap. Chest freezers conduct the heat to the outer skin, and you may find yourself burning the thing up (and ruining your bomb-ass work) if you close it all up and don't allow the heat to escape...

Most you can just leave the back open & give it a few inch gap to do the front & sides. Even the ones that are really inefficient about skin heat transfer usually don't need more than 4 inches. (Who's gonna be the first taker on that one?) Leaving the bottom open like this one doesn't need anything of the sort. I'm designing mine right now & am considering putting a bathroom vent fan in the base to give it a little extra airflow, but I plan on going completely overboard like I do with pretty much every thing else.
