Well, after seeing McDole's set up, I had to have one. They work great and the Coolness Factor is quite high, for sure. I don't actually use mine all that often but even so, I don't regret its purchase. I never have to worry that some idiot is going to give the keg a shot or two more of CO2 when it didn't need it. It's set it and forget it.

I put a keg in a white bucket (for a few hours) or 10 gallon igloo cooler (for all day) on a 2 wheel dolly with the CO2 bottle strapped to the back resting on the axle. I've always done that with a 20# cylinder because that's all I had. Now I have a 5# and will have to give that a try next.
