Camlocks or quick-connects

Hi people, I'm planning to upgrade my system and I'm wondering if there's an advantage to camlocks or quick-connects? Thanks,

Normal QD run the risk of getting stuck. I got QD and I would get cam locks if I did it again. I regularly have to loosen them with a rubber mallet. Doesn't seem to matter how I try to clean the wort out.
