Looked at the Blichmann system, but thought, I can do that. This is what popped out.
Highlights;
1-Typical 3 tier system but pumps to help or assist with fluid flows
2-RIMS system as in the photos (110V, 1500W)
3-HLT is a 4500W element
4-Blichmann Burner and 30 Plate CFC.
5-Water manifold and filter system
6-Based on extruded Aluminum framing, 3x3", all shelves and arms and main column are the 3x3" cross sections, much like Blichmann, but not their style shelves
7-Pumps house in AL boxes for drip protection
8-3 Way Tri-clamp Ball Valve to replace the 3 way ball valve on the RIMS selector
Phase 2 - Organize the Electronics (PID, Switches, Temp feedback, etc.) into one box. It resides in a tool box currently, but want to move to the stand so the connections are simple - one water input and one 240V 4 wire input.
Was a fun project. Sad the build is at a close (somewhat), glad it is time to brew again!!
