The Ruby Street system is a really nice system. The frame is rock solid, the 10 inch tires are awesome, 3 15.5 gal Bayou Classic pots, 2 with screens. Nice pump that really helps a lot in brewing. The way it stores takes such a small foot print. No computer, you still need to brew your beer.
Yep, those among us that are gadget good can probably build for less. We encourage that! We have been brewing on the Ruby since November, really nice system.
Built and shipped from Ft Collins, CO. Lower 48 States shipping is included with the price. All in all not such a bad thing. :jnj

BTW....this system is not a HopTech set up, we are a distributor for Ruby Street Brewery in Fort Collins. :D
